F.A.Q.
Below you will find some answers to common questions about the salon. Don’t see an answer to your question? Contact us via email.
What does the “starting at” price mean?
Our listed prices are a starting point. Different stylists have different levels of experience and expertise which are reflected in their pricing. Additionally, hair needs that require additional timing, or product may accrue an additional fee.
How do I know what I need for my first appointment?
If you are looking to completely change your look, or you are unsure of what you may need, we recommend scheduling a consultation before your first appointment. During your consultation, your stylist will help you determine the best services for your hair to get the results that you are looking for. You can then set up a hair color appointment after the consultation.
How do I book my appointment online?
Visit our On-line Booking page and follow the instructions to request your appointment. If that appointment time is unavailable, we will contact you with other time options for you to choose from.
We all run late from time to time. If you are running just a few minutes behind, please give us a quick call to update us on your status. If you are running more than 15 minutes behind, we may not be able to accommodate your full appointment. We care about the quality of our service, your hair, and the customers that have appointments after you–and we don’t want to rush anything.
Please contact your stylist if you are running late for your appointment.
What if I’m running late?
We understand that in our hectic world there are plenty of valid reasons for cancelling an appointment. We ask that you cancel and reschedule as soon as you know that you can’t make it, at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or last minute cancellations will be charged 100% of the services scheduled before you are able to re-book in our salon.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Yes, we happily take walk-ins when there is a stylist available to help you. However, to ensure that we have availability we encourage you to schedule beforehand, even if you try calling the day of your needed service.
Do you take walk-ins?
If you are thinking about getting hair extensions, the first step is to schedule an appointment for a complimentary consultation. This will give your stylist the opportunity to go over any questions or concerns you may have and determine what will work best. All of our hair extensions are customized for each of our guests, so pricing over the phone can’t give an accurate depiction of cost.
I am really interested in hair extensions. What is my first step?
There might not be anything more disappointing than getting a haircut or color that, for whatever reason, doesn’t feel good. We are all about open communication and making our clients look their best. Please reach out to your stylist if you aren’t happy with your hair, and we will do our best to make any adjustments we can. We do require a 14 day notice for any and all adjustments to your provided service. All services are non refundable.
