AUTUMN MARKLEY SALON IS A CASHLESS SALON
It is Autumn Markley Salon’s mission to provide the highest quality level of service and experience to it’s guests.

Autumn Markley Salon does not tolerate any mistreatment of it’s team, it’s atmosphere, or it’s energy.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Hair extension appointments canceled within 24 hours of scheduled service will be charged of 100% of the service and loss of deposit.
A CREDIT CARD MUST BE ON FILE TO SCHEDULE ALL APPOINTMENTS.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
In the event of dissatisfaction with a service, Autumn Markley Salon offers a service adjustment within two weeks of original service.
Haircolor adjustments do not include a blow-dry service.
Service adjustments are considered to be an adjustment to the original service and not a change or addition to the original service.
WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS ON SERVICES.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Products may be exchanged within two weeks of purchase.
